Rhea Ripley has addressed her relationship with fellow WWE star and tag team partner IYO SKY, with the pair being known as RHIYO.
Since earlier this year, Rhea Ripley has been teaming with IYO SKY, with the partnership undefeated at the time of writing.
The love between the pair saw Ripley deliver flowers to SKY during their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship defense on the Road to WrestleMania house show in Lubbock, Texas on February 15.
With RHIYO having held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship since their victory over The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) on the January 5 episode of Raw, Ripley has shared her thoughts on her teammate, posting to Instagram:
“A creature that found a home.🥹✨”
The post was accompanied by a photo of IYO SKY embracing Ripley, with the aforementioned bunch of flowers.
With many commenting that Ripley has replaced Cathy Kelley with IYO SKY, the WWE backstage interviewer would share a tweet of her own addressing the situation.
She posted, with a GIF of someone crying:
“‘Don’t let Cathy see this’, then proceed to tag me”
IYO SKY is a three time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, with Ripley having held the title twice in her career.
