Ric Flair Next AEW Appearance Announced

The next AEW television appearance of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has been confirmed ahead of next week’s Blood & Guts.

Ric Flair made a number of appearances for AEW in late 2023 and early 2024 in the lead up to Sting’s retirement match at Revolution 2024.

Flair would appear during Sting’s retirement match itself on the show, as well as his Wooooo! Energy drink sponsoring AEW Dynamite for a number of months later that year.

Flair was under contract to AEW during the time, though he is no longer under a deal with the company, but he is set to make his next appearance on AEW television next week.

On tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, Tony Schiavone announced that both Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat will be in attendance at next week’s Blood & Guts special episode of Dynamite in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Steamboat has also made a number of appearances on AEW television over the years, including as part of the build up towards Bryan Danielson and Ricky Starks’ Strap match at AEW All Out in 2023.

The advantages for next week’s Blood & Guts matches were determined tonight on Collision, with Thekla earning the advantage for her team in the Women’s match, while Roderick Strong earned the advantage for the Conglomeration in the Men’s match.
