Roman Reigns has broken his silence following his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship defeat at WrestleMania 40.
Roman’s historic 1316 day reign as Universal Champion ended, when Cody Rhodes finished his story and defeated Reigns in the Bloodline Rules main event on night two of the show.
The match saw a lot of outside interference, with The Rock, John Cena, The Undertaker, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Seth Rollins and Solo Sikoa all getting involved in the match.
On last night’s Raw, Cody appeared as champion for the first time, where he set up a future clash with The Rock, and Roman has now broken his silence on his defeat.
Taking to Twitter today, Reigns shared a short video of him training following his defeat, along with the simple caption:
Yesterday I mourned.
Today is Day 1.
