Roman Reigns Next Challenger Set Up On SmackDown

On tonight’s season premiere of WWE SmackDown, it seems that the next challenger for Roman Reigns was revealed.

In the opening moments of tonight’s show, a thunderous entrance for John Cena as the Tulsa, Oklahoma crowd was delighted to see him.

He wasn’t on the mic long however until Roman Reigns interrupted, making a grand entrance alongside Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa.

With Roman telling Cena he should acknowledge him, Cena didn’t disagree and actually acknowledged Roman’s accomplishment of 1,138 days as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

And while Cena admitted he didn’t deserve a title shot at Roman Reigns because he hadn’t earned it, he felt he knew someone who had.

Then entered LA Knight who was confident in the face of Reigns, reminding him that things had changed around here since he Roman had ‘been at home on the couch.’

When Jimmy Uso attacked Knight from behind, Roman looked almost perplexed as later he directed Solo to forget about Cena and take care of LA Knight.

There was a match made for tonight between Solo Sikoa and LA Knight.
