A top star has announced his MLW departure.
Some of the top stars from across WWE and AEW have walked through the doors of Major League Wrestling. From Swerve Strickland to Matt Riddle, the promotion has had a who’s who of the current landscape.
The current roster was bolstered with the addition of international star Sam Adonis, but it seems like his run with the company is now over.
On July 21, Adonis took to Twitter to announce his departure from MLW. He tweeted:
The time has come for myself and @MLW to part ways (for now)
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the MLW Crew and I wish them nothing but the best!
Thank you!
Sam Adonis is one of the top stars of AAA where he is embroiled in a feud with Psycho Clown.
The two men will compete in a four way Mask vs. Hair match with RUSH and LA Park at AAA TripleMania 31: Mexico City next month.
Also announced for the show, El Hijo Del Vikingo will defend the AAA Mega Championship in a four-way match against Daga, Jack Cartwheel and Speedball Mike Bailey.
