WWE Star Alexa Bliss Reveals Thoughts On Sasha Banks/Mercedes Mone Before AEW Debut

WWE star Alexa Bliss has shared her thoughts on Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) ahead of her widely expected AEW debut tonight (March 13) at AEW Big Business.

Almost two years on from her WWE departure, it appears almost certain that Mercedes Mone will return to a major North American wrestling company once again at Big Business, which takes place in her hometown of Boston, MA.

Considering Mone is talk of the wrestling world right now, it’s no surprise that her name recently arose in a Twitter Q&A held by WWE’s Alexa Bliss, of whom was a former rival of Mone’s during her time in WWE.

During the Q&A a Twitter user asked Bliss what her thoughts were on the multi-time former women’s champion. To which Bliss responded, with brief, but high praise for ‘The Boss’.

Bliss said:

Very talented

Bliss and Mone’s careers were aligned in many ways in WWE, with the pair working together across all three brands in WWE for the better part of a decade.

It remains to be seen whether the two will face off inside a WWE ring again, especially with Mone’s impending AEW debut, however, despite that the former Sasha Banks recently did admit that she will likely return to WWE eventually, so perhaps the rivalry will resume one day.

Bliss is currently on hiatus from WWE after giving birth to her first child in November 2023.
