The Forbidden Door used to signify the potential crossover between AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Now, it seems to be symbolic of any kind of crossover between wrestling companies. Even if it is just a jacket making the jump.
Seth Rollins’ jacket to be precise. That’s right, Rollins took to Twitter today to poke a bit of fun at the rivalry between WWE and AEW by congratulating his jacket for a successful trip through the Forbidden Door.
This, of course, is in reference to the Young Bucks wearing a similar leather jacket during their entrance on this week’s AEW Dynamite.

Perhaps Seth Rollins gave away his old leather jacket when he discovered his new love for extravagant suits.
Rollins is currently feuding with Cesaro stemming from their match at WrestleMania 37. Rollins most recently walked out on Jey Uso during their tag team match against Daniel Bryan and Cesaro on last week’s SmackDown.
The Young Bucks, however, were able to defeat the Sydal Brothers on this week’s AEW Dynamite. They were then challenged by SoCal Uncensored who have vowed to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
