Here’s Who Seth Rollins Wants To Face At WWE WrestleMania 40

Seth Rollins has pitched matches against two top WWE stars for WrestleMania 40, naming them both as potential opponents for the 2024 event.

Some fans regard Rollins as a modern-day Mr WrestleMania, with the former WWE Champion consistently wrestling great matches at the Show of Shows.

Speaking with ESPN, Rollins noted that he’d love to renew his rivalry with Roman Reigns at next year’s event.

Noting that he’d also love to get a win over Cody Rhodes on the Grandest Stage of them All, Rollins said:

“There’s a few of them out there, man. I mean, realistically, Roman Reigns is someone that I have only wrestled on pay per view and singles matches twice.

“Yeah, and you look at a lot of the other, say long term rivalries, you know, Rock (and) Austin, they did three mania matches themselves, three of them, two of the main events I think.

“You look at Cena and Orton and they had a million.

“And I have never had that kind of definitive, put the stamp on it match with Roman.

“You mentioned Cody Rhodes, there’s a lot of history there. I would love to get a win over him. I would love to get a win over him on a big stage like that.”

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns will face off at this Sunday’s (April 2) WrestleMania 39 event, with the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship on the line.

Rollins will be in action on Saturday’s (April 1) show, against social media star Logan Paul.
