Another update has been reported regarding the ongoing proceedings involving WWE star Sonya Deville and her current restraining order.
There was a virtual court hearing on November 12 with Deville, real name Daria Berenato, and Phillip Thomas, the man who was charged with breaking into her home in August.
As per Wrestling Inc, Hillsborough Judge Jessica Costello extended the injunction and there’ll be another hearing on January 28, 2021.
On December 15, 2020, Thomas has a court appearance regarding his criminal charges.
He’s been charged with Aggravated Stalking, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, Armed Kidnapping for Ransom or Reward or Hostage, and Criminal Mischief.
It was previously revealed that Thomas had submitted Deville’s address as his own when he was booked, and the courts still haven’t updated it in their system, so Deville has been receiving Thomas’ mail at her home as recently as last week.
We will continue to keep you updated.
