Pro Wrestling Illustrated has now revealed its annual PWI Women’s 150 list for 2022.
The list features 150 women’s wrestlers ranked on their in-ring achievements, influence, technical ability and quality of competition. The evaluation period for this year’s list spanned from October 2021 to September 15, 2022.
STARDOM’s Syuri took the top spot this year, a big improvement from her #7 ranking last year. Syuri has notably held the World Of STARDOM Championship since December 2021 and has defended the gold eight times over the course of her reign.
Current Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair took second place on the list. Belair won her gold from Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38 in April, after winning an Elimination Chamber match to become the #1 contender for the title.
Thunder Rosa took the #3 spot, making her the highest ranked AEW wrestler on the list.
The PWI Women’s 150 top 10 are:
1. Syuri
2. Bianca Belair
3. Thunder Rosa
4. Becky Lynch
5. Jade Cargill
6. Jordynne Grace
7. Saya Kamitani
