The Rock Takes Shots At Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins Ahead Of WWE SmackDown WWE

The Rock has taken shots at Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins ahead of tonight’s WWE SmackDown from Dallas, Texas.

On the March 1 edition of SmackDown, The Rock issued a challenge to Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins to face himself and Roman Reigns in a tag team bout at WrestleMania 40 night one on April 6.

In response, Rollins and Rhodes took some shots of their own at “The People’s Champion” and stated that they would be in Dallas on Friday to answer their challenge on the March 4 episode of WWE Raw.

Ahead of tonight’s SmackDown, The Rock once again took to social media to send a message to Rollins and Rhodes from Dallas. The caption for the post reads:

A message from the Outlaw People’s Champ

“when I die I may not go to heaven
I don’t know if they let outlaws in
If they don’t just let me go to Texas, boys
‘Cause Texas is as close as I’ve been”

Dressed in a cowboy hat in the Mesquite Rodeo Arena, “The Great One” proceeded to criticize Rollins’ promo where he called him, “Diarhea Dwayne.” He also brought up how Rollins then stated how he really felt after WWE Raw went off the air.

The Rock also stated that both Seth and Cody “sh*t the bed” with their promos on Monday’s show.

The Bloodline member concluded his speech by telling Rhodes “f**k your story” once again.

The March 8 episode of WWE SmackDown will also feature the return of Logan Paul and Randy Orton teaming with Kevin Owens to face Grayson Waller and Austin Theory.

WrestleTalk will provide any news and notes from tonight’s WWE SmackDown when they become available.
