Tony Khan To Share Huge News On AEW Dynamite: Holiday Bash

AEW President Tony Khan has teased a huge announcement for tonight’s Dynamite: Holiday Bash.

Viewership for Friday’s episode of Rampage was notably up, with 571,000 viewers tuning in to watch the chaotic 10-man tag main event. Khan thanked fans for watching on Twitter, noting that in his opinion, the card for Dynamite: Holiday Bash is one of the promotion’s best ever, posting:

“Thank you fans who made #AEWRampage a top 10 show on cable (#7) last Friday! In 48 hours, Wednesday 12/22 is the Holiday Bash #AEWDynamite, & we aim to continue a great streak of Dynamite in the top 5. I think it’s one of our best cards ever, don’t miss Holiday Bash on Wednesday!”

Khan has now shared graphics for this week’s show show, teasing his huge announcements. Telling fans to expect a surprise tonight, Khan tweeted:

“It’s Wednesday, you know what that means: Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite is TONIGHT on @TNTdrama! Tonight’s our annual Holiday Bash, one of the biggest cards of the year + in addition to great wrestling tonight, there are HUGE announcements + expect a surprise TONIGHT Live on TNT!”

Khan previously teased more AEW debuts for upcoming specials, reminding fans that Winter Is Coming was not the last significant show AEW had planned for the winter.

On last week’s episode, Adam Cole told the Young Bucks that he had got them the ‘best Christmas present they could ever ask for’, leading many to speculate that Cole had teased the arrival of free agent Kyle O’Reilly. The former Undisputed Era member has since reacted to this tease.
