A top WWE Performance Center recruit is set to make their debut on this week’s NXT Level Up.
Former Bellator MMA fighter Valerie Loureda signed a multi-year contract with WWE in June 2022. In November, Loureda went on to reveal that her in-ring name would be Lola Vice.
On Thursday, WWE announced that Lola Vice would make her televised in-ring debut against Dani Palmer on the Friday, January 27 edition of NXT Level Up. WWE.com wrote the following in regards to the bout:
“Vice, an accomplished MMA fighter and NXT’s first Cuban-American Superstar, is set for a tough test in her first match when she battles Palmer.”
“A relative newcomer herself, Palmer is searching for her first career victory, despite impressive showings against the likes of Sol Ruca and Thea Hail.”
Valerie Loureda made her in-ring wrestling debut at an NXT house show this past October.
NXT Level Up airs on Peacock/WWE Network at 10 p.m. Eastern time on Fridays.
