Former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey may have been drafted to Raw on USA in the WWE Draft, but the Baddest Woman on the Planet will still be appearing on FOX.
Deadline is reporting that Rousey will be one of 12 celebrities set to take part in the upcoming reality competition show ‘Stars on Mars’ on FOX.
The other participants will be Lance Armstrong, Natasha Leggero, Marshawn Lynch, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Adam Rippon, Tom Schwartz, Richard Sherman, Tinashe, Porsha Williams Guobadia, Tallulah Willis and Ariel Winter, with WWE Hall of Famer William Shatner serving as the host.
Deadline lists the following description for the show:
The series will see the crew members live, eat, sleep, strategize, and bond with each other in the same space station. During their stay, they will be faced with authentic conditions that simulate life on Mars, and they must use their brains and brawn – or maybe just their stellar social skills – to outlast the competition and claim the title of brightest star in the galaxy. The celebrities will compete in missions and will vote to eliminate one of their crewmates each week, sending them back to Earth.
The show is set to premier on Monday, June 5 on FOX.
Rousey and Shayna Baszler picked up the victory in the women’s showcase match at WrestleMania 39.
Rousey worked the match injured, and has not appeared on WWE television since the show.
