Trish Stratus Shares Surprising Body Secret After Recent Brutal Cage Match WWE

Trish Stratus has shared a surprising body secret after her recent brutal cage match against Becky Lynch at WWE Payback.

In an appearance on Booker T’s Hall of Fame podcast, Stratus shared how her body felt after the match and what she does to stay in shape.

When asked how her body felt after the recent cage match, Trish said:

“Oh my God, it’s so good.

“Still to this day, I’m like, ‘okay so the cage match was about a month ago.’

“I was like, ‘Is it gonna kick in? Am I gonna be like, whoa?’

“It’s a miracle actually after that cage match. I literally woke up the next day totally bruised, like that’s a big for sure bruised.

“Visually, I was a mess, but I’m like back, limbs, bones, head, neck, everything felt great.

“I just couldn’t believe it. I had a 15-foot drop at one point, and just like, I’m fine.

“And I’m telling you, like I don’t know if it’s yoga, but I always say It’s like, how are you keeping in shape?

“And it’s like I do my yoga, I do my weights, but I mean keeping your body lubricated and doing the sort of thing that yoga allows has been, I think what has allowed me to perform at that level at this age.”

Elsewhere in the chat, Trish discussed her upcoming ‘Bad Girl Tour’ of signings where she will be globetrotting and meeting professional wrestling fans through 2023 and into 2024.
