Fans hoping to see WWE legend Trish Stratus in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble are likely going to be disappointed.
Speaking on the Bellas podcast, Trish discussed her current status for Saturday’s Premium Live event in St Louis. Trish is currently filming Canada’s Got Talent, where she serves as a judge, and therefore it’s unlikely she’d be able to appear on Saturday.
She said:
“They do wrap up at a certain time. I’ll be in that headspace, so that’s sort of my focus at the moment. That’s what I have to do. You know how intense it is, I have to be in it.”
If she does appear, she would join The Bella Twins, Mickie James, Lita, Michelle McCool, Kelly Kelly and Summer Rae as legends in this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match.
If we hear anything more about Trish’s Rumble status, we’ll let you know.
