A pair of major WWE stars have joined John Cena and The Rock as playable characters in Epic Games’ popular online shooter Fortnite.
In an announcement made via Fortnite’s Twitter account, former multi-time women’s champions Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair will join Fortnite’s playable roster.
Lynch and Belair’s inclusion is part of a new collaboration between WWE and Fortnite adding themed items, emotes and skins to the in-game store.
Both Lynch and Belair are available to purchase via the aforementioned in-game shop right now, though it’s unclear whether there will be more to come between the two major IPs in the future.
As mentioned, Lynch and Belair join WWE legends John Cena and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in the game, with Cena’s inclusion being the first of the collaboration.
The Rock, on the other hand, has actually been added to the game on two occasions, firstly as ‘The Foundation’, an original character in the game, and later as Black Adam following the launch of the movie of the same name in October 2022.
