An update has emerged on rising independent star KC Navarro, who recently attended a WWE tryout.
Many have touted Navarro as a future star, including Fightful who previously shared a feature focusing on the a 23-year old talent.
It was reported in November that Navarro was on WWE’s radar, and that he was being considered for a private tryout.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Navarro had a WWE tryout in December alongside other notable names including Kyle Rae, Vincent and Dutch.
The report stated that Navarro is still currently a free agent.
WWE has reportedly added to its roster, with former NWA star Colby Corino signing with the company, per Fightful.
Colby is the son of former ECW World Champion Steve Corino, who currently works as a WWE Performance Center coach.
Dragon Lee announced that he had signed with WWE in late-December.
Following WWE touting Lee as a high-profile signing, reports have indicated that the company intends to sign more ‘high quality’ stars.
