Last week on SmackDown, Paige announced that Bayley will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania against five other women in a six-pack challenge elimination match.
One of the women who was announced for the match was Dana Brooke. However, WWE quietly removed the former NXT star from the match, making the bout a fatal-five way. It was then reported that this is because Brooke is in quarantine.
No real details were given on this matter, and it was unclear whether Brooke was in quarantine as a precaution or if she had Coronavirus-like symptoms.
However, PWInsider is reporting that WWE actually sent Brooke home from the Performance Center last week as she felt under the weather.
“Brooke was not feeling well and was sent home last week. She is still listed on the WWE website listing for the match currently.”
There is no word on how Brooke is feeling now, but make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for the latest updates on this story.
It seems like Brooke isn’t the only WWE star in self-isolation at the moment as it has emerged that a former WWE Champions’s planned WrestleMania match is off as they are now also in quarantine.
