Fans can now watch the video of Eddie Kingston sending a message to the next challenger for Claudio Castagnoli’s ROH World Championship.
At NJPW STRONG Independence Day, Eddie Kingston defeated KENTA to win the STRONG Openweight Championship.
Despite his title win, Kingston is still fixated on revenge for Claudio Castagnoli and has now given his vote of approval to the next challenger for the ROH World Title.
On the July 6 edition of ROH TV, the show kicked off with highlights from Kingston’s win over KENTA and then showed footage of a promo Eddie cut after the win.
Kingston sent a message to Mark Briscoe, telling him that he wore his brother Jay Briscoe’s shirt the night before and won the gold for him.
The new STRONG Openweight Champion also discussed why he and the fans want to see Briscoe challenge for and win the ROH World Championship at Death Before Dishonor.
Later in the show, Mark Briscoe accepted this message and issued a challenge to Castagnoli for the ROH World Champion at Death Before Dishonor on July 21.
Immediately after winning the #njpwSTRONG Openweight Championship, Eddie Kingston had an important message for his old friend Mark Briscoe.
