A top star has released a new shirt based off a controversial moment from AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
The wrestling world is still buzzing for the bonafide instant classic that was Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay for the IWGP United States Championship at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Ospreay picked up a victory to avenge his loss at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 and regain the IWGP United States Championship, but in the midst of the battle, he and Omega caused a controversy coming out of the pay-per-view.
In the latter stages of the bout, Ospreay dropped Omega right on his head with a Tiger Driver 91. This move has caused a lot of discussion on whether it was safe or even necessary for such an incredible encounter.
Thanks to all the discussion and debate, Will Ospreay has taken to Twitter to announce that he will have a shirt available based off the move that he has now dubbed “Storm Driver 93.” The tweet of the announcement reads:
