WWE Star Reacts To AEW Talent Accidentally Appearing On TV WWE

WWE star Dijak has reacted to AEW star Keith Lee accidentally appearing on TV during the Hall of Fame ceremony.

While several former WWE stars were expected to be honored during Friday’s (April 5) ceremony, one star who fans didn’t think they’d see on the show was current AEW name Keith Lee.

Ahead of the official induction ceremony, Kayla Braxton was speaking to CM Punk backstage. AEW star Keith Lee happened to walk through the shot and when Braxton threw back to Cathy Kelley for the next guest, it became clear why.

Lee’s real-life wife and WWE star ‘Michin’ Mia Yim was being interviewed across the backstage area by Kelley.

Lee’s former rival Dijak has now taken to Twitter to share a photo of Lee on WWE TV behind CM Punk and Kayla Braxton.

Dijak captioned the photo:

Great interview here with CM Punk.

Dijak and Keith Lee have faced off in highly praised matches in several different promotions, with the duo’s clash at PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2017 fondly remembered by fans of independent wrestling.

The heavyweight stars wrestled each other a number of times in WWE, most notably for the NXT North American Title at NXT TakeOver Portland 2020, and for both the North American and NXT championships on the July 15, 2020 edition of NXT.

Keith Lee has been signed to AEW since February 2022. He hasn’t wrestled since defeating Brian Cage on the December 23, 2023 episode of Collision.

Dijak will challenge for Oba Femi’s North American Championship alongside Josh Briggs in a threeway bout at Saturday’s Stand & Deliver premium live event ahead of WrestleMania 40.
