Bayley has posted an update on her injury following the WWE live event match that also featured Asuka, Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair.
As previously reported, during the match in Salisbury, Maryland, Bayley went down grabbing her knee and referee Jessika Carr put up the X to signify a legitimate issue.
PWInsider has reported that it was confirmed by WWE sources that the incident with Bayley was not a planned spot and is a legitimate situation.
Footage of the moment was shared on social media, showing Bayley running into Asuka before grabbing her knee.
Carr and Flair both check on Bayley and all three women look concerned for the injured star before Asuka and Flair get back into the match.
The footage of the moment can be seen below this news story along with Bayley’s response to the injury, showing her ice-packed knee.
In her post on Twitter, she states:
“I’ll be alright, thanks everyone.”
