The Undertaker has teased the arrival of new young WWE talent, saying we should see some debuts “really soon”.
After a legendary near four decade career in WWE, “The Deadman” is now perhaps most often seen on WWE LFG – the A&E reality series where he, along with Michelle McCool, Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley serve as coaches for WWE’s potential next crop of stars training at the Performance Center in Orlando.
Whilst appearing on Nightcap with Shannon Sharpe, Undertaker was asked if there is anyone in WWE that he feels could have a comparable character to himself, to which the seven-time world champion said only the late Bray Wyatt has come close in recent years. However, he did say that he sees potential in other talent in the company to become stars for the future.
With the Hall of Famer having close experience working with WWE’s younger talent, he also teased that some new faces could be coming to TV soon.
Undertaker said:
“I see a lot of people coming up that have the potential to be stars. Whether their characters are similar to mine, I guess the closest within the past few years obviously was Bray Wyatt, we lost him last year but obviously he was in that category of Undertaker-esque.
“I don’t know if anybody has honed in there, but we have a lot of young talent coming up that will probably be debuting really soon, because the machine again, you’ve got to keep it fresh.”
