WWE star Drew McIntyre has reacted to Cody Rhodes choosing to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40.

After tonight’s WWE WrestleMania 40 kickoff event revealed that Cody Rhodes was choosing Roman Reigns for his main event challenge, Drew McIntyre has reacted.

Sharing the video from WWE of Cody choosing to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, Drew responded with a meme of himself.

Sharing a meme of himself from a past savage promo on CM Punk where he told him that he had prayed for his injury to happen, Drew also seemingly prayed for this as now Seth Rollins remains without a challenger for WrestleMania 40 – although Seth did get involved in the situation with Rhodes, Reigns and The Rock, potentially setting up another match.

Elsewhere at the WWE WrestleMania 40 kickoff press conference, Becky Lynch made an unannounced appearance when she took the stage to come face-to-face with WWE Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, implying that’ll be on the Mania card too.

It was also confirmed at the event that the Women’s Elimination Chamber match will feature participants from both WWE Raw and SmackDown as tomorrow night (February 9) Bianca Belair will have an Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Michin.
