WWE Introduces Another New Championship Belt Design WWE

WWE has introduced another new championship belt design, debuted by Triple H on tonight’s episode of SmackDown (April 19).

On tonight’s episode , WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque made an important announcement after joining SmackDown GM Nick Aldis in the ring.

Noting that on the heels of the most epic and record breaking WrestleMania of all time, he said that he wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible job that Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce were doing at leading their brands into the future.

Announcing that he wanted to “be sure when history is made it is represented in a way that is befitting of those who make it,” he was in the ring to unveil new titles.

Introducing Austin Theory and Grayson Waller to the segment, the pair of new SmackDown Tag Team Champions were in their typically rambunctious mood.

Triple H congratulated the pair for becoming tag team champions by unveiling the new WWE Tag Team Championship belt design, which you can see below.

However when they denied the boss a handshake, Aldis stepped in to remind them that he could make their team disappear.

Legado Del Fantasma, Authors of Pain, No Catch Republic and the Street Profits were introduced to take part in a fatal four way match to determine the new number one contenders to Waller and Theory’s titles.

Earlier this week, Awesome Truth’s Raw Tag Team Championship belts were replaced by the new World Tag Team Championship belts as well.
