WWE Stars Spotted In Sydney Amid Rumors Of Upcoming Australia Stadium Show Announcement WWE

A pair of WWE stars have been spotted in Sydney amid rumors of an upcoming Australia stadium show announcement forthcoming.

WWE stars Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are just casually making a pit stop in Australia according to a new social media post.

With Woods writing on Twitter:

“Just stopping in Sydney Australia for a quick second…”

With both New Day members backstage at Monday Night Raw in Salt Lake City, Utah it seems unusual that the pair would be really making an impromptu stop in Sydney.

It is possible New Day are in the country as part of WWE’s plans to announce a new stadium show headed down under but we’ll keep you updated on whether that’s actually the case.

Recently officials in Perth, Australia informed a local newspaper that their city was set to host a major WWE extravaganza in the near future.

WWE hasn’t been on tour in Australia since 2019 as planned tours in 2020 and 2021 were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, in terms of major events, WWE held a Super ShowDown show in Melbourne, Australia in October 2018 at Melbourne Cricket Ground, which was said to have an attendance of around 62,000.

That show was headlined by Undertaker vs Triple H in a no holds barred match.

We’ll keep you posted when more details for the upcoming event are confirmed.
