Three New Matches Set For December 13 WWE NXT

WWE held it’s final premium live event of 2022 last night, when the NXT brand hosted the first ever NXT Deadline event.

The show featured the first ever Iron Survivor Challenge matches, with Roxanne Perez and Grayson Waller winning the women’s and men’s matches respectively.

Also on the show, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston of the New Day made history when they captured the NXT Tag Team Championship from Pretty Deadly.

WWE has now announced several matches for next week’s episode of the show coming out of Deadline.

First, in a match set up during last night’s event, Tatum Paxley and Ivy Nile will take on Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin of Toxic Attraction, with major NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship  implications.

Elsewhere in the women’s division we are set to see the debut of Lyra Valkyria, the former Aoife Valkyrie from NXT UK.

The grudge match between Von Wagner and Odyssey Jones is also set for the show, as well as a clash between Duke Hudson and Damon Kemp.

WWE announced the next special episode of the show, New Year’s Evil, from January 10, 2023.
