Report Claims WWE Allowing NXT Stars To Work Select Independents WWE

Update: Shawn Michaels has commented on Ivy Nile’s appearance with Reality of Wrestling on the post-Vengeance Day media call. You can read more about that by clicking here.

Earlier today, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion announced a working agreement with WWE.

The agreement would allow various NXT stars to appear for the promotion going forward, with Ivy Nile being set for the ROW show on February 11.

In an update from Bryan Alvarez, the announcement of Ivy working for ROW is the first of a few NXT stars working independent dates.

He said:

NXT is going to allow talent to work select indies going forward, which is a pretty big deal

This change comes following the recent change to the NXT recruitment, with more independent names such as Dragon Lee recently signing with the company.

NXT is set to host it’s NXT Vengeance Day event today (February 4), featuring ROW alumnus Roxanne Perez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.
