WWE Raw Preview, June 25, 2018 – WrestleTalk

Ronda Rousey was awesome last week, and so to make the most of how over she is, WWE decided to suspend her for 30 days, just to make sure the most exciting thing on Raw isn’t on Raw to make it more exciting.

LOGIC.

So now we’ll just have to sit through another few weeks of Nia and Alexa calling each other bullies until Ronda comes back and rescues us all.

Oh well, it’s only just over three weeks, so what could possibly go wrong? And just in case WWE reads this, that was just a question, not a challenge.

Elsewhere on the show we’ll see a rematch of one of the more shocking title changes in recent history. Although I was almost certain Seth would be dropping the belt, the fact that he lost to Dolph Ziggler was a genuine shock.

I very much doubt that he’ll win his title back tonight, as that would make the title change completely pointless, and after all, Dolph is a heel and will therefore happily take a DQ loss if at risk of losing.

My hope for this is that Seth will head into the main event picture again, and then Drew will eventually turn on Dolph to win his first title since he returned.

There’s no doubt that Drew is a main eventer – just look at the size of him – and getting his hands on some gold will do his main roster push a world of good. Time will tell.

We’ll also hopefully see some development in deciding who will join Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns in the fatal-5-way to choose Brock Lesnar’s opponent for SummerSlam.

The current bets are that Braun Strowman, Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins will be the men to qualify for the match, but of course this is WWE so it’ll probably be Mike Kanellis, R-Truth and Goldust.

The Rest

  • Bayley and Sasha will keep feuding until one of them is too old to move.
  • Baron Corbin will bully Kurt into doing things he doesn’t want to do.
  • No Way Jose will face someone pointless.
  • Curt Hawkins will lose again.
  • Kurt Angle will talk to people on the phone.
  • The B-Team will be brilliant.

Who do you think should qualify for the number one contender’s match? Let us know in the comments.
