WWE Raw Star On Saudi Arabia Disaster: “Couldn’t Pay Me Enough To Go Back”

At Crown Jewel, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson won the largest tag team turmoil match in history to be crowned the best tag team in the world. On their way to victory, the duo pinned both the Viking Raiders and New Day.

Despite this, Karl Anderson has claimed on Twitter that WWE couldn’t pay him enough to return for another show in the country.

It has been reported that the majority of the WWE roster who were left stranded in Saudi Arabia have just returned home to the US, despite the show finishing just under 48 hours ago.

The delay was said to be caused by a “mechanical issue” with the plane, but some have speculated that the delay might have been caused by a far more serious issue.

The speculation was intensified when it was rumoured that Vince McMahon had gotten into a “disagreement” during WWE’s stay in the country. However, it is not believed that this had any impact on the delay.

Brock Lesnar was the only wrestler who competed at Crown Jewel who managed to make last night’s Friday Night Smackdown. This is presumably because he left in his private jet as soon as his match with Cain Velasquez was over.

In his tweet, Anderson comically said that he might be tempted to return to Saudi Arabia if WWE offers him enough money to afford a second swimming pool at his house.
