Title Change & New Faction Member On WWE Raw

A title change has taken place on tonight’s July 6 episode of WWE Raw thanks to a new faction member being confirmed.

One of three title matches on Raw tonight saw the Street Profits put the World Tag Team Championship on the line against The Vision’s Austin Theory and Bron Breakker.

Despite the Profits only winning the title from The Vision a few weeks ago, the title switched back tonight with Theory and Breakker becoming champions again, but there’s more to the story.

With Logan Paul at ringside in the corner of The Vision, he had caused a number of distractions for the referee with his back turned to the action.

That’s when The Vision got some outside assistance from their newest member, Maxxine Dupri, who low blowed Angelo Dawkins which allowed Theory to score the pinfall and pick up the win and the World Tag Team Title.

After the match, Theory and Dupri kissed, which confirms that their on-screen relationship is a romantic one, which hadn’t actually been made clear to this point – they’d just been seen together in the background a number of times backstage over the past few months.

This also seemingly confirms that Dupri is out of the Alpha Academy, leaving Otis and Akira Tozawa on their own as a tag team.

Before the match, The Vision’s manager Paul Heyman, who had seemed unimpressed with Austin Theory in recent weeks, gave Theory an ultimatum – come back to Heyman with something good enough for him, or don’t come back at all.

Well, Theory will be going back to Heyman with both championship gold and a new member of The Vision in Maxxine Dupri.

Theory and Dupri are now in an on-screen relationship, but in reality, Theory is in a relationship outside of wrestling and Dupri is married to NXT star Kam Hendrix.
