WWE Touts Record Setting Elimination Chamber In Perth

WWE has touted a record setting Elimination Chamber premium live event in Perth, Australia on Saturday morning.

WWE held it’s final premium live event before WrestleMania 40 in Perth on Saturday, with WWE bringing the Elimination Chamber to Western Australia.

The show featured Australian WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley defending her title in the main event against Nia Jax.

Despite the event starting at 5am EST, WWE has now touted a ‘record setting’ Chamber event in Perth, per PerthNow.

The statement reads:

WWE has announced Saturday night’s extravaganza at Optus Stadium was the most watched Elimination Chamber event in the company’s history on top of also breaking their attendance record.

More than 52,000 people packed into Optus Stadium for WWE’s first event in Australia since 2018 to shatter the Premium Live Events’s previous record crowd by nearly 20,000.

While WWE didn’t release the final worldwide viewing figures, they proudly trumpeted that Perth had produced the largest viewership both in the stadium and on TV for any Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event.
