Trailer For New WWE Show Released

Trailer For New WWE Show Released WWE

A brand new trailer for the new WWE series ‘WWE Next Gen’ has been released, prior to it arriving on the Roku Channel on April 1.

Almost a decade on from the last series of Tough Enough, it seems as if the company may have something to fill that void based on the new trailer for the upcoming reality series.

As revealed by Executive Producer John Cena on Twitter, WWE Next Gen is set to document the company’s quest to find their next crop of  superstars.

Cena wrote in his post, alongside a first trailer for the program:

A never-before-seen look into the journey of dozens of athletes who dream of becoming @WWE Superstars.

Millions dream. Many try. Fewer succeed.

Stream #WWENextGen FREE on April 1. Only on @therokuchannel.

The trailer showcases some of these WWE hopefuls, shedding light on their journeys that led them to trying out to get in the ring.

Triple H would also comment on the show, posting to Twitter:

It takes next-level talent, passion and drive to become the next great @WWE Superstar.

Who will seize the opportunity and help shape the future of our business?

#WWENextGen streams free on @TheRokuChannel on April 1.

Both Cena and Triple H are featured in the show, alongside WWE Head Trainer Matt Bloom, former WWE Champion Big E, NXT boss Shawn Michaels, Bianca Belair and even AEW’s Ric Flair.

Grayson Waller reacted to the trailer saying ‘Sexy BJ Ray’, one of the hopeful athletes, is a “very likeable bloke”, which as you’ll see by the trailer, doesn’t seem to be an opinion shared by many others.
