WWE Star Aiming To ‘Add To Their Legacy’ At WrestleMania 40

A WWE star has commented on qualifying for a match at WrestleMania 40, saying they hope to ‘add to their legacy’ at the event.

On last night’s WWE Raw show, three qualifying matches took place to determine the three Raw tag teams in the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Ladder match at WrestleMania 40.

The show saw DIY defeat the Creed Brothers, Awesome Truth defeat Indus Sher and the New Day defeat Otis and Akira Tozawa of the Alpha Academy.

Following the show, New Day’s Xavier Woods has reacted to qualifying for the match, saying that he is hoping to add another title reign to the team’s legacy.

He wrote:

This year at mania we plan on adding another title reign to the legacy of the New Day.

The bracket to determine the two SmackDown teams in the match will see the New Catch Republic face Angel and Humberto of Legado Del Fantasma, as well as the OC, Street Profits, Authors of Pain and Grayson Waller and Austin Theory competing in the second half of the bracket.
