WWE star Bronson Reed has praised NJPW star and United Empire member Jeff Cobb as “the strongest dude in wrestling.”
Bronson Reed made his return to WWE in the fall of 2022, but prior to his comeback, he made his name over in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Reed, then known as JONAH, made an immediate impact in the promotion, including getting a win over former 7-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada.
Another star that Reed faced in the NJPW ring is current United Empire member Jeff Cobb.
On January 20, Cobb took to social media to post a video with highlights from his clash against Bronson Reed on the indie scene. He wrote:
Shall we run this back soon? @BRONSONISHERE
Reed retweeted the post and wrote the following caption:
Yes Jeffery!!!
Side note, @RealJeffCobb is pound for pound the strongest dude in wrestling.
Jeff Cobb will team with United Empire’s Will Ospreay, HENARE, Francesco Akira and TJP to face the Bullet Club War Dogs in a 5-on-5 Steel Cage match on February 11 at NJPW New Beginning in Osaka.
Yes Jeffery!!!
Side note, @RealJeffCobb is pound for pound the strongest dude in wrestling. https://t.co/r6xrn4MCSu
