Another new name for a WWE star as another NXT Performance Center recruit has debuted with a brand new name.
After yesterday’s report of a pair of NXT stars going by different names for their in-ring careers, it was revealed that both of those names plus another had just been trademarked by WWE.
Jade Gentile is now set to be known as Jazmyn Nyx.
Jazmyn Nyx has participated in tag team matches with both Thea Hail independently as well as she and Jacy Jayne so perhaps she could be Chase U bound.
Also, TyLynn Register has changed her name on socials to Lainey Reid, signaling another change from a Performance Center talent.
However the third moniker ‘Carlee Bright’ remained unassigned until tonight.
At tonight’s NXT taping, Carlee Bright – real name Kennedy Cummins – made her on-screen debut in a match against Jacy Jayne as all three of the characters may be popping up on NXT television soon.
Bright’s match was seemingly filmed for NXT Level Up.
Elsewhere around NXT, tonight’s show is set to feature a big twenty woman battle royal that will become a fatal four way once the other sixteen are eliminated.
