It is always fun to see WWE do photoshoots that are a bit out there. Whether it be current stars with old title belts or, in this case, current stars as old stars. Shinsuke Nakamura recently got to take part in such a shoot, something he provided a sneak peek of on Instagram.
In his latest post, Nakamura provided a short video clip and a photo of himself dressed as The Undertaker. Not today’s Undertaker, mind you, but The Undertaker of the mid-90s. Gloves and all.
Nakamura captioned the post with “Photoshoot for something coming up.” hinting at the full shoot which will likely be unveiled at some point in the near future.
The Undertaker held onto this look until 1997 when he changed his presentation. His look then featured the finger-less gloves he would use for the rest of his career and he no longer wore the sleeves with the jagged edges.

Shinsuke Nakamura is currently one half the SmackDown Tag Team Champions. He and Cesaro most recently defended the titles against the Lucha House Party at WWE’s Clash of Champions: Gold Rush pay per view.
Unfortunately, as you can see, Nakamura deleted the image later. He also tweeted a shh!! emoji. Apparently, he wasn’t supposed to post the pics.
