Top WWE Star Believes They’ll Always Be Destined For One More Match Against Sasha Banks

A WWE star has spoken about Sasha Banks (Mercedes Mone), and how they believe they will always be destined for one more match with her.

The future of Sasha Banks (Mercedes Mone) has been a talking point in the wrestling world for a number of weeks, with her expected to eventually land in AEW after talks between her and WWE were said to have fallen through.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Sasha’s primary rival and real life best friend Bayley discussed Sasha’s absence, and how she believes the two will always be destined for one more match.

She said:

“We’ll always be destined for one more match. Our next match will never be our last. We’re ‘The Brooklyn Girls’. We’re going to live on forever because of that match, and it’s something we can carry on forever.”

“I don’t have chemistry in the ring with anyone else like I do with her. No one teaches me like her. She’s my [Michael] Jordan. I’ll beat her at that every time. I can beat her at most games like that. But when it comes to wrestling, it’s 50-50.”

Bayley and Mercedes were both recently in attendance for the TNA Hard to Kill pay-per-view to support Trinity (Naomi) in her Knockouts Championship match.

Bayley is currently one of the favourites to win the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
