WWE Star Addresses Replacing Injured Star In WrestleMania 40 Match

A WWE star has addressed replacing an injured star in a match at tonight’s WrestleMania 40 event in Philadelphia.

On last night’s episode of SmackDown, Dragon Lee was found attacked backstage by Carlito, with it later being announced that he would not be completing alongside Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania.

In Dragon Lee’s place, it was announced that Andrade would instead fill in as Rey’s partner against Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio on the show.

Taking to Twitter ahead of the show, Andrade addressed his new match on the show, reflecting on what will be his first ever WrestleMania match.

He said:

Today I will fulfill 2 of my dreams!!! 1….. my first #WrestleMania

2…. @reymysterio tag team Partner!!!! See you TONIGHT!!!! @WWE

The match is set to take place on tonight’s WrestleMania Saturday show.

Andrade reunited with Zelina Vega on last night’s WWE SmackDown show, though it was not confirmed if he had joined the LWO officially.
