A WWE Raw star has teased challenging Jey Uso for the Intercontinental Championship in the future.
Jey Uso may be just days away from his second defence of the Intercontinental Championship on Monday’s WWE Raw, but it appears a star not named Bron Breakker may also have eyes on his gold.
Speaking with Adam Barnard for Foundation Radio, The Judgment Day’s ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio had some interesting comments relating to Jey’s gold.
Mysterio said, when asked about what was next for him and The Judgment Day:
“We’re done with Priest and Rhea, the Terror Turds, whatever they like to call themselves, twins 40 years apart.
“But anyways, now that we’ve gotten rid of some dead weight in the Judgment Day and we’ve replaced them with people like Raquel [Rodriguez] and Carlito, and we’ve got Liv, it’s been really good for the Judgment Day.
“We have Finn and JD as the World Tag Team Champions, we have Liv as the Women’s World Champion. I would say I have some unfinished business with Jey Uso.
“There’s something he has that I might want. Not might. There’s something of his that I want, and that’s definitely not Rhea. So I don’t know. We’ll see what The Judgment Day has in store.”
Mysterio has not yet captured singles gold on WWE’s main roster, having only previously held the NXT North American Championship on two occasions, as well as a SmackDown Tag Team Championship reign with his father Rey in 2021.
Despite Bron Breakker chomping at the bit to regain his Intercontinental Championship, Jey’s attention has been somewhat diverted by The Bloodline storyline on SmackDown, making a surprise appearance on the blue brand during last night’s episode.
