WWE Star Vacates Championship

Tonight’s episode of WWE Raw began with sad news from a current champion as a title has been vacated due to injury.

Rhea Ripley made an appearance in front of the crowd and was wearing a sling on her right arm.

She said that she was informed that she was going to be out of action for a few months.

She said that she was angry because she’s been told that she needed to vacate the WWE Women’s World Championship.

The crowd chanted, ‘Bulls***t!’ and she responded, ‘yeah, it is.’

Noting that it was painful, she set down the WWE Women’s World Championship.

The legitimate injury reportedly occurred during a very brief backstage attack by Liv Morgan on Raw last week.

That has also been used as a storyline with the story being that Morgan got revenge on Ripley who, in storyline, injured Morgan last year.

Morgan came out to confront Ripley but the two were separated by security.

There was then a short backstage segment with Ripley hugging the rest of Judgment Day and Damian Priest in particular giving her a motivational message for when she returns.
