Stone Cold Steve Austin has shown off his impressive physique in a workout video amid speculation about his status for WrestleMania 39.
Austin notably returned to the ring last year, defeating Kevin Owens in the main event of WrestleMania 38 Saturday in April 2022.
This was Austin’s first full match since March 2003, when he lost to The Rock at WrestleMania XIX.
In November, WrestleVotes indicated that Austin would ‘definitely listen to any proposal‘ for this year’s show of shows.
Austin has now shared a video to Instagram of him doing bicep curls. The 58 year-old Hall of Famer discussed his workout in the caption, writing:
Morning hotel arm workout. I walk at a slow clip on treadmill between sets just for the steps. Got it done in an hour.
Borrowed a tricep movement from @realmattwenning page and bicep movement from @athleanx page. #workout #lift #train #gym
Austin previously noted that he changed up his diet and workout routine because he felt that he wasn’t in good shape.
Kevin Owens recently recalled what Austin said to him before their match at WrestleMania 38, which you can read more about right here.
