WWE’s Omos addresses joining Dominik Mysterio in The Judgment Day: ‘Whenever he’s ready’

With WWE’s The Judgment Day and AAA’s El Ojo factions recently overlapping at TripleMania 34, Omos has revealed whether Dominik Mysterio has asked him to join him on Monday Night Raw.

After El Ojo’s original leader: El Hijo del Vikingo went down with a serious knee injury in late June, Dominik Mysterio took over the group – aligning himself with the seven feet tall giant Omos and Dorian Roldan.

Despite gaining new allies in AAA, we had not seen much overlap between El Ojo and Mysterio’s other faction The Judgment Day on Monday Night Raw, but this was something ‘Dirty Dom’ said he was interested in during an interview Ariel Helwani.

Fans got a taste of what this could look like at TripleMania 34 when El Ojo and The Judgment Day’s JD McDonagh and Liv Morgan got involved in Mysterio’s AAA Mega Championship match with El Grande Americano.

While this interference proved fruitless, as Dom lost his title in Mexico City, Omos is open to getting more involved in the former Mega Champion’s business outside of AAA.

Speaking with Tommy Dreamer and Rick Ucchino on Busted Open, Omos was asked whether Dom had made him an offer to join The Judgment Day, to which he responded:

“No he hasn’t but my services are available at the right price so you know, (I’m) ready to go be at his side and help him conquer the world.

“People forget he’s one of the hottest heels in the business, if not the hottest heel in the business. So, whenever he’s ready, he knows how to buzz me.”

Omos’ potential new allegiance with Judgment Day will continue at AAA Worlds Collide in Chicago on September 26, as it was announced that the show’s main event will see ‘The Nigerian Giant’ team up with Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh to take on the team of CM Punk, El Grande Americano and AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio.

Much has been made of Dominik Mysterio’s booking in WWE throughout 2026, with the former two-time Intercontinental Champion going from defeating John Cena a year ago, to losing to Danhausen in a six minute comedy match at SummerSlam; even more jarring considering his treatment as a top heel on AAA.

The disparity between his appearances in WWE and Mexico needs to stopped, and Omos is one way he, as well as his tag team partner JD McDonagh, could be re-established as serious competitors.

This Monday’s episode of WWE Raw (September 21) will see Mysterio attempt to qualify for the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match when he takes on Solo Sikoa and Dragon Lee, a match that Mysterio really needs to win to regain his momentum.

A clean win would be preferable, but Omos arriving to take out his competition would be a great way to introduce the Omos and Dominik Mysterio alliance to a main roster audience.
