On the September 18 WWE SmackDown, it was revealed that AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina will compete in the next Women’s Money In The Bank qualifying match.

Catalina will face IYO SKY and Roxanne Perez on the September 21 episode of Monday Night Raw.

Following in Catalina’s footsteps, there could be even more AAA stars who will be next to compete in a qualifying match ahead of WWE Money In The Bank 2026.

Here are some Lucha Libre AAA stars who could be next to compete in WWE Money In The Bank 2026 qualifying matches.

Mr. Iguana

One of the most popular stars on the AAA roster is Mr. Iguana.

Since WWE acquired Lucha Libre AAA, Iguana has been heavily featured on the company’s programming.

Whether it be NXT, SmackDown or Monday Night Raw, Iguana has made an impression everywhere he has gone.

If WWE wants to use AAA talent, they shouldn’t look any further than Iguana.

La Parka

Another AAA star who has been featured multiple times on WWE TV is La Parka.

Back at WWE Royal Rumble 2026, Parka made his debut in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match.

Following WWE AAA Ola de Calor, Parka is the new AAA Latin American Champion.

Now that he is a titleholder, Parka being highlighted in a Money In The Bank qualifying match would make sense to put a spotlight on his title as well.

Flammer

At WWE AAA TripleMania 34 Sunday, La Catalina defeated Flammer to win the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.

This ended Flammer’s record-breaking 1,128-day title reign in dramatic fashion.

During this run, Flammer showed why she can stand toe-to-toe with the WWE main roster talent with wins over Bayley and Nattie.

Flammer getting the call to compete in a Women’s Money In The Bank qualifying match could signal for a major push in her career.

El Grande Americano

There is no bigger or more popular star in Lucha Libre AAA right now than El Grande Americano.

At WWE AAA TripleMania 34 Sunday, Americano defeated Dominik Mysterio to win the AAA Mega Championship.

Then on the September 14 Raw, El Grande made his return to WWE TV and teamed with Stephanie Vaquer against The Judgment Day’s “Dirty Dom” and Liv Morgan.

Following this return, El Grande could continue to be featured and try to qualify for Men’s Money In The Bank next.
