The Undertaker Believes WWE WrestleMania 40 Provided ‘Closure’ WWE

The Undertaker has commented on how his appearance at WWE WrestleMania 40 provided him closure in his career.

On his Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker spoke about WrestleMania 40 weekend and how after making his big appearance in Sunday’s main event, he felt a sense of closure.

The Undertaker said:

“Something happened this weekend. And I had been struggling with it since I retired, but this weekend gave me closure.

“It really did, like it was fun obviously it was fun, doing this as long as I have and being involved in that and how important that storyline was and is but when it was over and I was running out of the building, I was like ‘I’m good now’ and I don’t know if I needed… you know I never, my last match was in the bone-yard, cinematic, I don’t know how to say it, it was like a moment of clarity I had. ‘I’m okay now’

“I’m not saying that I wouldn’t do something like that in the future but I don’t have that feeling in my chest like I’ve had since I retired that I need, I hadn’t come to peace with it… I’m good. I had no clue, I just knew once it was done, ‘You’re good man.’ It’s time to flip the page and go to the next chapter.”
