A new report has revealed that WWE WrestleMania 40 has broken the all-time gate record.

On August 18, tickets for WWE WrestleMania 40 went on sale for the big event next April at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.

According to Darren Rovell of Action Network, the event has already broken the WWE’s all-time gate record that was previously broken for this year’s WrestleMania 39 event.

WWE broke the record with $21.5 million for the Show of Shows in Los Angeles this past April.

The report notes that WWE sold more than 90,000 tickets for the two-day event in Philadelphia in April 2024.

Nothing has been announced for the event as of yet.

WWE will hold their next premium live event with Payback 2023 on September 2 from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For the full lineup for the show, click here.
