Commentary Team For WWE WrestleMania 42 Night Two WWE

The commentary team for night two of WWE WrestleMania 42 on Sunday, April 19 now looks to be officially confirmed.

Night one of the event yesterday was called by the duo of Michael Cole and Wade Barrett.

It looks like that will be the case again for night two tonight.

As was the case last night, the official Countdown show for WWE WrestleMania 42 night two kicked off with the panel of Joe Tessitore, Big E, Corey Graves and Wade Barrett for the first hour.

Then, again the same thing that happened last night, Barrett left after the hour mark to prepare for calling the show, while the other members of the panel remained.

The pre-show did actually throw to Cole later on who confirmed it’ll be him and Barrett again.

This now confirms that Graves will have missed being on commentary for a second straight WrestleMania after previously being at the desk for all of them from 34 to 40 prior to this now two-year absent streak for 41 and 42.

Michael Cole, meanwhile calls his 25th consecutive Mania, which has been noted and celebrated a number of times throughout the weekend.

Corey Graves’ Spot In WWE

Corey Graves had some public frustrations with WWE at the start of 2025 when he was moved off the main roster to NXT, with Pat McAfee replacing him alongside Michael Cole on Raw.

A few months later, McAfee left his role and Graves was brought back into the fold – along with his new role as the lead announcer for AAA, where he’s joined by JBL and Rey Mysterio.

Unless he vents frustrations publicly again, there’s no way of knowing how he feels about being left off Mania again, but if he does have an issue with it, it’s fair to say he has a right to feel that way.
