Zelina Vega Reacts To Santos Escobar Attacking Rey Mysterio

Zelina Vega has now reacted to the implosion of the Latino World Order (LWO) following Santos Escobar’s actions on Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown.

There appeared to be some dissension within the LWO faction early on during the November 10 show, with Carlito blaming Santos Escobar for Rey Mysterio losing the US Championship at the recent Crown Jewel premium live event.

It didn’t take long for things to boil over, with Escobar attacking Rey Mysterio and Carlito after Carlito’s match against Bobby Lashley.

Zelina Vega ran down to stop the beatdown, sending Escobar away.

WWE has now shared a digital exclusive video showing Cathy Kelly attempting to ask Zelina Vega for her thoughts on the situation.

Vega didn’t stick around for long, stating:

I don’t know if you saw what happened out there, okay, but there are more important things going on. I need to go check on Rey. I don’t know if you saw that…

It appears that, at least for now, Vega is remaining loyal to Rey Mysterio rather than Santos Escobar.

In an interview segment following the beatdown, Escobar stated that ‘Rey had it coming’ when asked why he decided to attack his mentor.
