Former WWE superstar Austin Aries has held every title that he has set his eyes upon since departing from the company in July last year. That doesn’t seem to be enough, however, as he now turns his attention to Ring of Honor gold.
In the past 10 months, Aries has held titles all over the world from Impact Wrestling to British promotions such as IPW and Defiant Wrestling, where Aries recently lost the Defiant Wrestling World Championship to Rampage at No Regrets.

The latest of these championships Aries looks to capture is the Ring of Honor TV Championship, which is currently being held by ‘Pro Wrestling’s Last Real Man’ Silas Young.
Making his return to ROH at the 16th Anniversary show in March of this year, it was clear by arriving at the end of a hard-fought match between Silas Young and then ROH TV Champion Kenny King that Aries had one thing on his mind and that was to collect another belt.

This match has now been made official, with the first-ever two-time ROH World Champion, getting a shot at one of the few titles he has never captured. This will take place at ROH‘s War of the Worlds show in Chicago on May 13.
Along with Aries and Young’s bout for the ROH TV Championship, the show will also see a huge 10-man tag team match main event as Los Ingobernables de Japon (Tetsuya Naito, Hiromu Takahashi, Bushi and the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Evil and Sanada) face off against Bullet Club (Cody, Marty Scurll, Adam Page and The Young Bucks)
